Prayer for our PCC family and our community is a high priority so we have a Prayer Chain Ministry that is delivered by text and or email simultaneously to our PCC members who are committed to pray for each need that comes in.

GriefShare groups are usually once a quarter or as needed in our community. We have a certified GriefShare facilitator at PCC who happy to answer questions and people though the sign up process for a GriefShare session.
GriefsShare is available for anyone, participants do not have to attend Plateau Community Church.

We have a Meal Ministry here at PCC for our family members who have a temporary need like after the birth of a new baby or surgery. This is just a simple way we care for our church family.
