Prayer for our PCC family and our community is a high priority so we have a Prayer Chain Ministry that is delivered by text simultaneously to our PCC members who are committed to pray for each need that comes in.

GriefShare groups are usually once a quarter or as needed in our community. We have a certified GriefShare facilitator at PCC who is happy to answer questions and walk people though the sign up process for a GriefShare session.
GriefsShare is available for anyone, participants do not have to attend Plateau Community Church.
