NURSERYMINISTRY

"Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court."

Psalms 127:3-5

When is Nursery?

Every Sunday at both services (8:30am & 10:30am), we have nursery available for infants and children up to age 3. The nursery room is located to the left of the main sanctuary doors.

If your little one is having a tough time or you're not quite ready for them to attend the nursery class, we have a "cry" room available in the back of the sanctuary where your littles can play while you are able to listen to the message. Here at Plateau Community Church, we love to have children in our adult service as well.

Safety

All of our adult volunteers who work with children have had a complete background check. There are always at least two adults per classroom. Every child is signed in and out of nursery each Sunday as well. We are more than happy to change diapers and take kids to the restroom but we always ask parents what their preference is. We are more than happy to text you when your little one needs you. Please let us know if your child has any allergies and we will do our best to accommodate them. Our goal to is have a fun safe environment where kids want to come back and play each week.

Typical Nursery Class

We have a room full of toys and activities to play with and depending on the size and maturity level of the class, we may have a simple bible story time with songs. Our teachers love to read and interact with all the children. We usually have snack time as well.
